Thursday Therapy

Formally known as Rebecca Hulbert Counseling Services

There are times in our lives that we find ourselves struggling to manage our mental health. We continue to push ourselves despite this, only to inevitably feel overwhelmed by it all. I work to assist clients in managing their mental health needs in a way that is both empathetic and insightful. Together, we can explore strengths, self-awareness, and self-acceptance.

LMFT #140683 & APCC #9880

Hello there, I’m Rebecca. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor from Riverside, CA. As an Indigenous and Hispanic therapist, I provide a culturally sensitive approach to mental health treatment. I understand that therapy is not a one size fits all, but that we have our own individual experiences and needs. I work to meet you where you are in your life journey to provide a safe space free of judgment and bias. Some of the issues I can offer support with include anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I am continuing to learn about utilizing somatic interventions to best support client healing.

*You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Meeting you where you are.

Our busy lives can make it difficult to attend in person mental health services. To provide you services that fit into your busy schedule, all appointments will take place via zoom.

Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.”
